These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.saplingpartners.ai (the “Site”) operated by Sapling Holding Company, a Delaware C corporation doing business as Sapling Partners (“Sapling Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Overview of Services
Sapling Partners provides AI consulting services for businesses, including advisory, design, development, and deployment of AI workflows, tools, and integrations (“Services”). The Site provides information about our Services and allows you to contact us. Actual consulting engagements are governed by a separate Consulting Services Agreement executed between Sapling Partners and the client.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sapling Partners, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Sapling Partners owns and retains all right, title, and interest in its software code, AI models, prompts, architectures, tools, libraries, frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or service mark displayed on the Site without our prior written consent.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Portions of our Site may reference or describe AI-generated outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. Any quantitative estimates, projections, or classifications presented on the Site are illustrative and are not warranties or guarantees of results. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted by a single arbitrator in San Francisco, California (or via remote videoconference). Either party may seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, for claims relating to intellectual property infringement, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction for such claims.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder continues in full effect.
